5 or 6-day week? Full or part time? We have flexible working models and secure jobs 9 months a year. Plus, plenty of time for rest in the off-seasons.

Sabine belongs to the Castel like pure joie de vivre. And she embodies it with heart and soul. The guests feel it, too. When Sabine warmly welcomes them at the reception desk. When she helps them with words and deeds. Or simply when she gives them a friendly smile.

Born in Vorarlberg, Magdalena is not only beaming when she is speeding down the slopes of Serfaus. She beams especially at our reception when she welcomes our guests and supports them in their vacation planning.

A contagious smile accompanies Peter at work. Peter shares his fascination for the Alps, nature and skiing with his guests. The Castel family appreciates him above all for his good humor and light-hearted team spirit.

Vladimir

Head of the kitchen

While our guest enjoy our breakfast buffet and recharge their batteries for a day in the mountains, Vladimir and his kitchen team are already working on their next culinary experience. He has been chef at the Castel for more than ten years.

Jadranka

Dedicated all-rounder

Our Jadranka is indispensable everywhere, but especially in the kitchen. With her sense of beauty, she arranges impressive appetizer plates. So when our dishes please palate and eye alike, Jadranka was at work.

Frantisek

Jack of all trades

Whether washing dishes, making repairs or answering questions about growing vegetables, Frantisek is always on hand. He shares his enthusiasm for gastronomy with the Castel family. And the Castel family is happy to have Franz on board.

Kismet

Good fairy of the house

Kismet makes sure that the rooms and suites at the Castel are simply perfect and that there’s a smile on our guests’ faces when they enter their feel-good homes for the first time. Wherever she goes, she leaves order and cleanliness, as well as good mood, behind.

Snezana

Room Fairy II

Snezana not only conjures up clean surfaces and pearly white laundry and places everything where it belongs – she also enchants us and our guests with her pleasantly quiet and relaxed manner.
