Arrival and departure

Your holiday home of pure well-being at the Castel is available to you from 2 p.m. at the day of your arrival. On the day of departure, we beg you to vacate your room or suite by 11 a.m. You would like to spend another active day in the mountains and explore the region on the day of your departure? Park your car at one of the day car parking spaces available at the entrance of the village. From there the underground railway takes you right to the centre of the action.

Booking

You can book comfortably online or via telephone. Please note that the reservation of your comfort room or your gourmet suite is only binding after we have received your deposit. You can pay via bank transfer or credit card.

Dogs

They are our best friends. They are family. Just a little fluffier. And we also want to go on holidays together. Together with our dogs. Holidays with dogs are a special experience. Especially here in the mountains. And since we want you to enjoy this experience as a family, your furry friend is welcome here at the Castel.

For a completely relaxed vacation with your dog, please read the following information:

An overnight stay for your dog costs € 20.00 without food, cleaning included.
Your dog can feel completely at home in your room or suite, but the beds and our first floor are entirely reserved for our two-legged guests.
We ask for your understanding that your dog is not allowed to accompany you to the daily meal and is welcome to take a nap in his room or suite during this time.
In summer, you are welcome to enjoy countless hours of sunshine together on our terrace.
Please use our separate access for holidaymakers with dogs at the back of the house for an undisturbed arrival and a smooth departure from the house.

Smoking

We are a non-smoking hotel. This applies to all rooms and suites of the Castel. We recommend using your balcony to get some fresh air. Since all of our rooms and suites have their own, private balcony or terrace, you do not have to consider this fact when booking.

Cancellation

Deluxe half-board

If you book your holidays at the Castel, you get the complete package. Because holidays at the Castel include our deluxe half-board with culinary delights from early in the morning to late in the evening, relaxed wellness moments and many other highlights. More of the Castel extra can be found here.
